This silicone coated release film is made possible by Mitsui Chemicals Tohcello’s proprietary material and coating technologies. Its uses span a wide range, encompassing everything from electronics applications like manufacturing process film for ceramic capacitors and release films for optical films and semiconductor wafer manufacturing processes, to release films for labels, nameplates and plasters.
We offer a full line of optimal release films that can be custom engineered with the exact combination of base PET film, peel strength and other functions you need.
- You can choose from various PET films to get the thickness, surface smoothness, etc. you need.
- Peel strength: Ranging from ultra low to high for different applications.
- Adhesion: The use of both thermal and ultraviolet (UV) curing provides a strong adhesive bond between the PET film and silicone.
- Antistatic properties: While all SP-PET are typically neutralized, further neutralization treatment is available if required.
- Clean: SP-PET for electronic components are class 1000 clean room compliant while all others are class 10000 compliant.
